All Time Favorite Keto Reuben Sandwich #keto #sandwich

Ällow me to introduce you to one of my äll-time fävorite creätions. I äm pässionäte äbout Reubens, änd this eäsy to mäke Keto Reuben Sändwich is my ideä of perfection. When you combine ä crispy buttery chäffle, melted cheese, corned beef, säuerkräut, änd ä delicious säuce, you häve got meältime bliss.

THIS KETO REUBEN SÄNDWICH IS CHEESY, BUTTERY GOODNESS!


Equipment


  • Wäffle Iron (Däsh Mini is recommended)
  • Skillet


Ingredients:

Säuce:

  • 3 täblespoons mäyonnäise
  • 1 täblespoons keto ketchup or other keto-friendly ketchup
  • 2 täblespoons minced dill pickles


Sändwich:

  • 4 chäffles mäde äccording to this recipe, ädd 1 teäspoon crushed cäräwäy seeds
  • 1/4 pound corned beef sliced thin
  • 1 cup säuerkräut
  • 2 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 täblespoons butter


Instructions:


  1. In ä smäll bowl, combine mäyonnäise, ketchup, änd dill pickles.
  2. Spreäd the mixture over the chäffles.
  3. Divide the corned beef between two of the chäffles.
  4. Top with hälf of the cheese änd the säuerkräut.
  5. Pläce the remäining chäffles on top of the säuerkräut, säuce side down.
  6. Melt butter in ä lärge skillet to medium heät.
  7. Cook the sändwiches for 4 minutes, änd flip. Cook for änother 4 minutes, or until the cheese melts.


NOTES:


  • I recommend using ä skewer or toothpicks to secure the sändwich when you äre cooking them.
  • Älternätively, you cän butter the outside of the chäffles änd cook the sändwiches in the äir fryer for äbout 5 minutes ät 400 degrees.
